All new programs and tooling undergo rigorous testing on dummy parts and thorough inspections before application to government property. Our commitment to compliance with Mil-specs, including MIL-STD-1370, is unwavering, encompassing surface preparation, welding, painting, and testing. Documentation is treated with equal importance—we maintain records of raw material certifications and outsourced services, complete with traceable lot numbers.
Every requirement from our customers is flowed down to our suppliers, with a focus on maintaining Chain of Custody documentation and preventing the use of counterfeit materials. Rigorous in-process and final inspections, following a lot-sampling plan aligned with contract requirements, ensure product quality.
We are able to create First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR) and can upload them to customer portals like Net-Inspect. Each shipment includes a certificate of conformance and a comprehensive cert-package containing all relevant documentation.
