As the size of the parts we handle have expanded, so has our investment in state-of-the-art inspection equipment In 2019, we acquired a large Wenzel CMM, specifically designed for inspecting large components measuring up to 48” x 96”, catering to the specific needs of naval projects. In 2023, we further enhanced our capabilities with the acquisition of a ROMER arm, enabling the inspection of weldments up to 96” square in a single setup. Our measurements can even be chained to inspect larger parts with multiple setups. All our equipment is calibrated to NIST standards and evidence of inspection is maintained.
